*Independent Contractors Agreement*

The cleaner expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee. The cleaner is not covered by any union protections, workers compensation insurance, or employee benefits provided by the client. the cleaner assumes all risk of damage or injury to you or the client property. Arising from the service performed, including but not limited to the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, or elevated cleaning task. The cleaner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the client from any claims, damages, or expenses (including medical costs) arising from the injuries or property damage caused by the cleaner's actions, negligence, or work related activities.
